About tinytextgen.com

tinytextgen.com is a small, independently built collection of tools that turn ordinary text into tiny text, small caps, superscript, subscript and dozens of other styles you can copy and paste anywhere. It is free, needs no account, and runs entirely in your browser.

What we actually do (and don't)

These tools do not install or change any font. Every style you see is made of real Unicode characters — separate code points that already carry the styled shape. Small caps is U+1D00; superscript ² is U+00B2. Because the styling lives in the characters themselves, the result survives a copy-and-paste into apps that use their own fonts — an Instagram bio, a Discord message, a Google Doc.

That approach has a limit we choose not to hide. Unicode was never designed as a full styling system, so some ranges are incomplete — several superscript and subscript letters simply don't exist. Where a character is missing, our tools show a close look-alike or leave it unstyled rather than faking it. Every generator page spells out exactly which letters have gaps.

How the tools are built and tested

The conversion is a single, transparent Unicode mapping shared by every tool and run both at build time and in your browser — there is no server round-trip and no black box. We test how each style holds up where people actually paste it, because whether these characters render is decided by the target app's font support, not by us. When a style breaks in a specific app or username field, we document it instead of pretending it works everywhere.

Privacy by design

Nothing you type is ever sent anywhere. The text you convert never leaves your browser, there are no tracking cookies, and there is no sign-up. That is not a policy we bolted on — it is a direct result of the tools being pure client-side Unicode mapping. The full details are in our privacy policy.
